Description
Perforated rolling trays are part of the metal cable support systems of the IEK group of companies. Tray perforated HDZ (manufactured by immersing the finished product in zinc melt). Designed for laying and protection of power and low-voltage cables. When used in conjunction with a cover, it provides maximum protection for the cable from external influences, dust. Depending on the version, the trays can be used both inside public, industrial buildings, structures and retail facilities, as well as outdoors under a canopy, in the open air, as well as in rooms with high humidity. The IEK rolling tray system consists of straight elements and accessories designed to change the direction of the route, as well as covers and connecting elements of various sizes. For safety requirements, the product complies with IEC 61537.

Design Features
Full range of accessories (vertical and horizontal bends, T-shaped and X - shaped taps) allows you to freely change the direction and level, making branches and organize cable runs of any complexity.
The trays have pin-and-socket connections which are used to connect and firmly fix via the set of connection KS M6x10. The standard length of the trays is 3 meters.
To connect the profile to the bracket and ceiling bracket, it is used M8x65 bolt with locking shoulder and M8 nut with a locking shoulder.
For fixing the tray onto the walls and ceiling a wide range of universal suspensions is offered, such as prefabricated elements with a screw and a quick fixation, and the unitary design which consists of a single element.
