IEK receives Diamond Partner Status

Signing of agreement on Diamond Partner Status awarding to IEK Group of Companies took place on 29 of November in Moscow. The present status signify that IEK Group of Companies is now fully responsible for the preparation and support of Electrical Installation Works competence participants.

The parties plan to continue cooperation for popularization of working professions and in particular Electrical Installation Works competence represented by IEK Group of Companies. Qualification and expertise of IEK in this field is proved by results of WorldSkills Junior 2017, which took place in October in Abu Dhabi where Russian junior team had received the highest awards.

“We are working with IEK Group of Companies for a long time and signing of agreement is a new phase of our cooperation. For us is really important not just obtain new partners of championship but maintain relationship with existing ones, proved to be reliable partners for development and popularization of the project” — says Olga Nedospasova Deputy Director for Marketing and Partners Relations of WorldSkills Russia.

Electrical Installation Works was introduced in 2014 as one the competences of WorldSkills Russia championship. IEK Group of Companies was the first Russian company to support young electricians. In frames of preparations for the championship, approximately one thousand students are trained using IEK equipment, which allows to fully immerse in the work process and study the culture of electrical installation works in details.
