This year, the company’s first Russian production complex IEK METALL-PLAST was launched in the Yasnogorsk district of Tula Region. The main objective of the new branch was to supply the electrical engineering market with a wide range of metallic frames. According to statistics, the company chose an effective  initial strategy: by 2007, one of every seven switchboards in Russia was produced here. The plant occupies the territory of three hectares, with administrative and production buildings. The quality of TM IEK products has earned the trust of every participant of the production process, from directors to workmen, from IEK partners to customers.

The development of the factory can be well observed from the dynamic growth of its production. In six years, IEK METALL-PLASTS’s production efficiency increased by over 80 times. The plant’s productivity doubled in 2007; its goods, ranging over 1, 000 items represented at the markets and being in demand not only in Russia, but also in its neighbor countries.

The line of production of IEK Metal-Plast is an integral mechanism whose aim is to provide the customer with high-quality and reliable product. Production process and technical equipment fully comply with contemporary European standards. The product’s durability and reliability, best possible prices, a wide variety of goods and simple constructive solutions, aesthetic exterior – all this has become principal criteria in IEK production.

Specialist as well as the regional government highly evaluate the prospective of the plant as a reliable business partner. “This production process represents an ideal technological process and the use of human resources principles,” said Vyacheslav Dudka, Governor of the Tula Region, during his visit to IEK METALL-PLAST in 2008. “This is a good example of effective re-structuring of the contemporary production process, upgraded technology, combination of human resources principle, and innovative organization. We have always supported such companies, and we always will.”
